The role
We are seeking a team player who is experienced in performing all facets of client work. You will be a multi-tasker who can delegate to, support and mentor junior team members as required. Your organisation, efficiency and high-level attention to detail will assist you in this collaborative team environment. This role has the long-term prospect of furthering your career with a pathway to management and beyond.
This position will be part of a team that includes a highly skilled director with experience in several industries and client types, including agriculture, family businesses, and investors. Remuneration will be in the range of $85,000 - $95,000 inclusive, depending on your level of experience.
Your skills
• Senior accountant with 3-5 years’ experience
• Completed CA or CPA program
• A solid foundation of technical accounting and compliance knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve
• Knowledge of Xero software an advantage
