Senior Accountant

Booby Tape - The World’s First Breast Lift Tape, are seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team as their Head Accountant. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years experience as an Accountant. Your primary role will be to manage day to day Cashflow for 2 businesses in the retail sector and providing directors with up to date reports. 

Duties:

• Managing all Daily Cashflow
• Management of Accounts Receivable – including being responsible for the integrity of debtor records and realising collections.
• Management of Accounts Payable – monitoring creditors, facilitating weekly payments, managing all payments and reconciliation of creditor statements to invoices;
• Management of group payroll using QuickBooks – responsible for weekly payroll for staff members, monthly withholding tax, superannuation
• End to End Payroll, Taxable payment, Payroll Tax
• Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Assist with all year end duties
• Producing balance sheets, income statements and other financial documents

Successful candidate will possess the below:

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks. 
• 4 + years experience as a Accountant
• Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
• Ability to take initiative and multi-task
• Advanced payroll knowledge
• Excel, and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sound bookkeeping knowledge
• Must supply police check

• Candidates who have experience working for a global Brand
• Candidates who come from a Retail Background
• Candidate who have run companies and finances with turnover exceeding 20-50m per annum.
• Understanding of Trade Finance Loans
• Understanding of using US bank accounts
• Understanding of Extensive Cash Flow management with experience
• CPA qualification will be highly regarded
• Knowledge of different company entities between Australia and the United States
• Any knowledge of USA payment of staff and running LLC corporations.
• Knowledge of how to use AMEX services with points etc
