We have an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our team based in Mawson Lakes.
About the role
You will help lead a small & experienced team of staff in the delivery of Accounting, Taxation & Advisory services to both business and individual clients. Drawing from your advisory experience, tax expertise and leadership skills, initially your focus will be the smooth transition of current client relationships, followed by driving new opportunities for business growth. The Senior Accountants within the leadership team will be invested in the achievement of your goals, with the long term view to help you to become an Equity Stake owner.
Essential
Candidates with the following demonstrated skills and experience are encouraged to apply for this role:
- Excellent English and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
- Permanent residency or citizenship.
- 7+ years Public Practice accounting experience.
- Customer service experience with individual and business clients.
- Leadership experience, either formal or informal in nature.
- Public Practice Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Registered Tax Agent or willingness to obtain.
- CA, CPA or IPA
