The Company
Our client is a multi-award winning firm that realises their team is the reason for their success. Their clients come from Real-Estate, Architecture, Design and Project Management to name a few and they offer a full services from tax & business services to virtual CFO service.
The Role
You will be providing technical support, feedback and guidance to team members that work on your clients, along with reviewing all work delegated to and completed by Graduates and Accountants that relate to your client portfolio
- Mentoring, training and reviewing team members completed work
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Providing high level business services, commercial and tax restructuring and succession planning advice
- Managing client list and lodgement requirements
About You
- Hold a relevant degree
- Be CA/CPA qualified
- 6+ years’ experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
- Experience in providing high-end business advisory
- Passionate about guiding and developing staff
- An ability to prioritise, delegate and review work for the team
- An ability to build strong client and team relationships
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
