Senior Accountant - Property Development & Funds

6 month + contract
This represents a rare opportunity to join a dynamic Property Development and Funds business located in Brisbane CBD. The organisation and management are highly driven to succeed with strong growth planned. It's a fast paced and energetic environment.
This role is extremely diverse and would suite a qualified CA/ACCA/CPA professional with Property and or Funds experience. You will need to be adaptable to change and the responsibilities include;

• Financial reporting for Property development projects.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for Property Funds.
• Liaise with internal managers to guarantee quality of fund information.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and cashflows for Property and Funds.
• Assist with annual audit processes.
• Assist with the set-up of new funds.
• Continuously drive process improvement and implement best practices in reporting across all entities and funds.
