We’re Green Wind Renewables – a WA based Renewable Energy developer focused on developing large-scale wind energy projects to accelerate WA’s transition to net zero emissions. We’re developing a portfolio of large-scale onshore wind farms totalling up to 2.4GW in WA, connected to the South-West Interconnected System (SWIS).

About the Opportunity
You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting the company to deliver large-scale wind energy projects in the SWIS.
In the role you’ll be responsible for:
- Working with our accounting services provider to oversee and support:
- Financial accounting, tax and reporting requirements.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Corporate and project level cash flow management, forecasting and reporting.
- Maintaining and operating financial forecasting and cash flow management models.
- Supporting the development of business cases, budgets and strategy.
- Effectively utilising and managing data to provide financial insights and recommendations to support key decision making.
- Ensuring commercial obligations are met in line with wind farm project agreements.
- Liaising with our project partner, service providers and other external stakeholders on relevant matters.
About You
Green Wind Renewables is seeking an energetic and passionate team player with a positive can-do attitude to join our growing team. While you might not have had experience in the energy sector before, if you an all-rounder, keen for a diverse hands-on role and have the following relevant experience, qualifications and skills, then we’re keen to hear from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a Commerce related field with CA or CPA qualifications.
- 3+ years senior level experience in an Accounting, Business Analyst or related role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, and financial reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, preferably with experience in building financial models to best practice standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
Your primary place of work will be at our new office in the heart of the Perth CBD. Green Wind Renewables is also supportive of flexible working arrangements for our team members. Part time working arrangements may be considered for individuals with the appropriate level of relevant experience and skillsets.
