Your Key Opportunities:

• Managing and developing your client base which covers a broad range of industries, acting as your clients’ trusted advisor.
• Assistance in managing and mentoring a team of junior accountants.
• Direct client contact and partner mentoring.
• Providing tax and commercial advice to our business and investment clients.
• Completing end-to-end our client’s compliance work (entity tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, FBT returns, and NSW state taxes).

Your Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Commerce/Business with an emphasis in Accounting, and CA or CPA qualified.
• 5+ years’ experience in Business/Professional Services.
• Strong experience in managing a client base and a small team.
• Detailed knowledge of the Corporations Act, accounting standards and tax legislation.
• Experience in providing small business CGT concessions and business re-structuring advice will be advantageous.
• Excellent system skills such as Microsoft Office, Xero, and Class.
