Your new role
As a Senior Accountant/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery of high-quality business services. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of accountants and providing guidance on complex accounting matters.
Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Advising clients on financial strategies, tax planning, and business growth opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
CA/CPA qualification and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in public practice accounting.
Strong technical knowledge of Australian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
