Are you ready to take on a challenging role that combines precision, innovation, and collaboration? We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team. This position is integral to providing a compelling customer experience to our business and our customers and is responsible for completing all collections processes for the organisation.
As a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect outstanding monies owed to TechnologyOne within required time frames.
- Take charge of the Credit Control functions, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding amounts and the maintenance of outstanding debts.
- Prepare and maintain debtors' reports, providing regular updates on the status of all debtors.
- Manage dispute resolution; escalating customer issues when necessary to the Collections Team Leader for effective resolution.
- Accept payment arrangements and settlements within an approved level, ensuring compliance with TechnologyOne policies and procedures.
- Challenge the status quo and drive enhancements of our finance and collections process design.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable/collections role with a medium ASX listed company;
- Demonstrated customer service and stakeholder management skills;
- Demonstrated understanding of debt, credit and collections procedures;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task & competently manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work as part of a team to achieve business outcomes;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Tertiary Accounting/Business qualification preferred
