- Management of debtors ledger
- Timely raising debtor invoices and credit notes
- Allocation and receipt of payments
- Reconciliation of debtors ledger and weighbridge
- Set up customers and jobs with pricing into ERP
- Process Weighbridge dockets and uploads
- Run debtor reporting for internal and external customers
- Collect and process credit applications
- Proactive debtor collection and debt recovery
- Answering email and phone queries
- Run monthly statements and prepare customer declarations
- Archiving for AR
- Other general office duties as directed
You will be a reliable Accounts Receivable professional with previous experience, mining, construction or trade advantageous. You will have the ability to build and develop strong working relationships with customers both internal and external. The role will require an autonomous approach as well as working within the finance team. The Applicant will take responsibility for the full receivables function while developing a deep knowledge of customer’s requirements and the system.
