Senior Admin Opportunity

Join the vibrant team at Townsend Family Dental, a bustling and well-established Family Dental Practice located in the heart of Noosa. You'll become part of our amiable team consisting of three dentists, one hygienist, and various support staff.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior dental/healthcare administration or front desk staff experience 
• Experience with Exact is an advantage
• Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
• A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily

Your tasks and responsibilities will encompass, but won't be limited to:

• Performing reception duties, including warmly greeting and assisting patients, as well as managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Overseeing bookkeeping responsibilities for the practice, including managing accounts and dentist commissions
• Maintaining and ordering stock as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Completing rosters for practice employees, ensuring adequate staffing levels
• Managing referrals and correspondence to facilitate efficient communication.
• Conducting staff training and overseeing staff management activities
• Generating KPI reports to assess and improve practice performance

• Permanent part time hours working Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the option for an additional fourth day if desired
