You'll be there to support the sales reps and ensure our that the customer journey from sale, to delivery and installation is seamless! You're really there to WOW all of our customers, be that over phone or email.
- Assist the Commercial Account Executives by processing incoming sales orders, providing support with pricing and technical enquiries and manage accuracy of internal pricing and product data.
- Provide quality customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of available range of products, setting timeframes and keeping customer informed throughout each stage of the ordering process.
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, including responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes.
- Liaise with Customers and Account Executives to develop and manage a delivery schedule.
- Manage multiple Customers Nationally.
- Regularly communicate with manufacturers to ensure pricing and product information is accurate and update where necessary, as well as monitoring stock levels and availability.
- Ensure the DC’s are informed well in advance of any scheduled bulk deliveries due into the warehouse or out to customers.
- Provide assistance and training to more junior members of the team.
