About this opportunity
We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team on a 6-month contract to assist with increased workload, particularly in the People & Culture space. This role would suit someone looking to work 3 or 4 days, or part time hours across 4/5 days (e.g. school hours).
This opportunity calls for someone who is organised, has a high attention to detail and can establish collaborative working relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter new starter information into our payroll system
- Draft people-related emails and letters
- Create processes and templates
- Organise online filing
- Research new initiatives and ideas
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other internal team members
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
About you
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive approach and willingness to assist other team members where needed
