We are seeking receptionist & Administration Assistant to support our legal team.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great phone manner.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
- An ability to work autonomously.
- Attention to detail.
- An excellent work ethic.
- A positive attitude.
- Handling incoming phone calls, directing them when necessary and taking messages within the established guidelines.
- Answering general queries in person, by telephone, or email.
- Arrange booking for meetings.
- Maintaining filing systems in paper form or electronically using databases.
- End to end filing management including opening and closing files.
- Other administrative tasks as required to support the immediate team.
- Electronic filing.
