About the role
Our accounting, advisory and tax experts deliver innovative solutions, tailored to the clients personal or business needs. Our experts work with businesses of all sizes, helping to improve performance and achieve strategic growth.
As we continue to grow, we offer an exciting opportunity for a confident, bright, and proactive Senior Administration Assistant to join our Brisbane based team. The position is ideal for someone that will enjoy working in a dynamic team within a fast paced and supportive environment, providing a high level of advanced administrative support to senior leadership and contributing to the efficient delivery of exceptional client service.
- Managing and coordinating daily workflows
- Manage client onboarding and exits (CRM updates, ethical/engagement letters)
- Organise and oversee client files
- Assist in client correspondence and fee preparation
- Support workpaper compilation and financial document collation
- Aid in establishing new entities (Trusts, Companies)
- Maintain Company Secretarial Registers using Corporate Affairs System (CAS)
- Liaise with the (Australian Taxation Office (ATO) & Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to client related matters, including lodgements of tax returns, activity statements, and corporate documents
- Creating and maintaining standard templates
- Performing other general office and client matter administration duties as required, such as filing, copying, scanning, saving documents, archiving.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in a senior office administration position ideally within the professional services industry and/or a Chartered Accounting firm
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and well developed computer literacy
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative approach to teamwork and the ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Be flexible to work within a team and autonomously
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- An individual that has a positive approach and is open and adaptable to learning.
