We are looking for an EXPERIENCED administrator, with an minimum of 5 years recent experience.
You must have previous experience in:
* RTO processes & practises
* Accounts payable, receivable and reconciliation – Xero preferred
* Payroll
* General administration – phones/emails, filing etc
* Microsoft office
* Marketing - both domestic & international levels preferred
This role is ideally Monday – Friday 30 - 40hrs a week, however days & hours may be flexible for the right person. There will be opportunities for extra hours as the business workload requirements change.
All about you - You are mature, must work well within a very small team, can also work autonomously, must be able to hit the ground running as your experience is current, you are confident using Xero – or will be willing to learn quickly, you must have the ability to travel when required from time to time, you will have exceptional organisational skills & a great sense of humour.
