Senior Advisor, ICT Procurements and Contracts Grade 9/10 , ongoing / permanent opportunity. Strategic procurement and leadership opportunity working within a flexible organisation. Hybrid Role - Work from anywhere in NSW The Department of Customer Service (DCS) is a service provider, regulator and central agency of government. DCS is undertaking an ambitious digital transformation of government services, underpinned by its Digital Government Strategy. Government Technology Platforms (GTP) enables NSW government through the provision of core and common digital capability including cross sector leadership and delivery of ICT infrastructure and digital services aligned to the NSW Government ICT Strategy; Beyond Digital. DCS is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, team-orientated individual within the Commercial Team. The successful applicant will provide support across GTP business unit and suppliers providing end-to-end sourcing, specialised procurement advice, as well as contract and vendor management to deliver value for money and effectively meet business outcomes. The successful applicant will support the Commercial Contracts and Performance Manager through leadership, guidance and support of the Commercial team ensuring high quality customer service delivery and assist in developing strategies to drive service improvement. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive and collaborative team.
