As Senior Advisor, Process & Governance, you will execute process governance and procedural oversight activities including Knowledge maintenance, supporting the complaints management framework, and ensuring the effectiveness of Motor Claims Customers processes.
This role is responsible for ensuring processes are simplified for our people, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver an optimal customer experience.
What you'll do
- Execute process governance activities ensuring appropriate procedural oversight to proactively support quality assurance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement opportunities
- Support the maintenance and execution of the complaints manage framework including self-identified potential systemic (SIPS) investigation and validation
- Support the maintenance of the Motor Claims Customers procedural knowledge management system (Knowledge), accountable for maintaining process and procedure governance
- Support regulatory requests for Motor Claims Customers, providing subject matter expertise as representative for Motor Claims Customers for all process related matters
- Proactively consider, identify, and manage risks, issues and blockers. Actively demonstrate and promote strong risk maturity and awareness
- Work autonomously while supporting the delivery of appropriate oversight of a portfolio of Process & Governance initiatives and provide regular status updates to stakeholders as required
- Effectively support the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Event Response Plans for Motor Claims Customers to manage events and catastrophes
What you'll bring
- Previous experience in Insurance/Claims
- Experience in delivering initiatives or projects
- Proficient data analysis with ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement from diverse information sources and metrics
