Generous remunerationBrisbane CBD locationThe Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition will manage all aspects of the attraction and recruitment of staff and provide expert knowledge and experience in recruitment strategies, within the policy and legislative frameworks. The role will be responsible for undertaking a number of recruitment processes for various positions and will include all activities associated with advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, scribing, background and referee checks, completing selection reports and progressing for necessary approvals and appointment.
Manage, coordinate, and complete the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes of staff.Undertake all recruitment related activities ensuring alignment with best practice for recruitment service delivery.Ensure business requirements are met relating to the recruitment of secretariat staff including professional and administrative staff.Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries.Review and analyses applications and draft correspondence to applicants as required.Undertake recruitment activities and checks to ensure that applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.Undertake day-to-day work within a multi-disciplinary business unit in a high-volume environment with competing demands and the requirement to meet strict deadlines and provide HR support and activities as required.Knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures relevant to recruitment practices and ensure practices adhere to legislative obligations and requirements.Experience in human resource recruitment and management, preferably gained in a large and diverse government organisation.Demonstrated experience in the delivery of client focused end-to-end recruitment services with high work volumes.Experience using various attraction and sourcing methods with a clear understanding of candidate assessment and selection options.Ability to build and manage ongoing working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Experience in the delivery of HR services with an emphasis on recruitment, selection, and engagement.Demonstrated well developed written communication and research skills including the ability to prepare selection reports, briefs, and submissions.Analytical and problem-solving skills for with the ability to understand the business requirements resolving HR issues, and for improving HR practices and processes.Understanding and practical application of legislation, policies and procedures relating to HR activities.Computer skills and knowledge of relevant office software.For more information or to apply please submit your resume to *******@aarecruit.com.au with the subject “Senior Advisor”
