The Opportunity:
A.B. Paterson College is looking for an experienced, professional, dedicated and enthusiastic HR Administrator. This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment and onboarding functions of HR.

Paterson College is seeking applications for the position of Human Resources Administrator to join the College's dynamic Administration Team.
Your responsibilities:
This is a permanent full-time position.
The position provides high quality operational service and support in the appointment of new staff and in the management of HR systems, practices and processes. This role also works closely with the Human Resources Officer role within the People and Culture team.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are desirable.
- Up to date CPR and first aid training or willing to obtain.
- Current paid Blue Card for working with children.
- It is expected that the successful applicant can work well both within a team and autonomously.
