See where your commitment could take you.We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior AI Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of AI/ML principles and extensive hands on experience in software development and data engineering. Working closely with the SH Data & Cloud Solutions Lead, this role requires deep technical expertise in developing and deploying bespoke solutions using various technologies, stakeholder management skills to guide their design, and an awareness of the commercial imperatives to ensure their success. Technically, there is a strong focus on Azure Cloud services, CI/CD, and web application development. The candidate will be responsible for leading client engagements, building and maintaining Azure AI and data pipelines, integrating various models and performance tuning, developing web applications, ensuring best practices in CI/CD on Azure, and leveraging their consulting skills to drive project success.In this dynamic role you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including computer vision applications and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Utilize libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and OpenCV to build robust models.
• Develop and maintain custom web applications using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure Cloud, leveraging services such as Azure ML Studio, Azure Functions, and Azure Blob Storage
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, front-end developers, and business stakeholders
• Implement various ML algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks

What you will bring to the team:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, and software development
• Proven track record of developing and deploying custom solutions using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Extensive experience with data engineering, particularly within Azure Cloud services
• Proficient in Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis
