What you'll be doing
The Senior Analyst role is a business partner role to support the Mental Health clinical performance. This role manages CHOC system, works closely with service directors and cost centre managers, provide insightful analysis to support them to understand and improve clinical performance.

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated extensive experience as clinical activity data analyst.
- Proven extensive experience and involvement in using hospital clinical activity recording systems including HIE, CHOC and eMR.
- Demonstrated high level analytical skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills including skills in prioritisation and time management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team environment within a complex organization influencing others to move toward a common vision or goal.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems when and where required with only minimal guidance from senior management
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across a broad spectrum, from frontline staff to senior level managers
