As our Senior Analyst Financial Crime Development& Delivery, reporting to the Head of Financial Crime Planning & Enablement, you will support the Ongoing refinement and compliance of Line 1 Financial Crime Risk Operations learning and development programs.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be responsible for maintaining the learning framework, across all services offered by FCRO and alignment / compliance with AML & CTF capabilities.
A few of your responsibilities
- Maintain learning framework for diverse portfolios, including Customer, Gaming, Technical and Industry Knowledge modules
- Accurately maintain the departments comprehensive skills matrix; report on skills adherence; identify learning gaps; and report on skills uplift
- Maintain accuracy and currency for the defined capability matrix, reporting and uplift
- Maintain the end-to-end activities involved in the bi-annual learning calendar deliverables, new starter induction day training and enterprise learning programs
- Partner with the business / SMEs to scope, develop, and implement a range of enterprise learning initiatives, including the continuous improvement of operational processes
- Maintain and enhance dashboards to track and promote the effectiveness of all enterprise-level L&D programs and initiatives
- Experience in Training/capability frameworks in a large and complex environment
- Relevant Tertiary studies, Undergraduate degree in a related commercial or business field (Desirable)
- Proven implementation and management of training programs
- Understanding/implementing business drivers for problem solving
- Demonstrated ability in developing effective relationships and driving effective change to understand the impact of changes and communicate the process through to employees
With a focus on process, you will play a critical role in ensuring that The Star complies with its AML/CTF responsibilities by providing and maintaining a comprehensive and robust training and development program for FCRO.
