THE ROLE
Senior Architect/Associate
You will be leading a team of Architects/Juniors across a strong pipeline of Education Projects. This may includes periods running multiple projects simultaneously, so effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise will be key.
Joining after initial Concept phases, you will work actively in Revit with the team to deliver documentation and planning packages whilst taking the lead on Client and Stakeholder engagement. You will follow projects through delivery and construction phases, coordinating sub-consultants and contractors to ensure the timely delivery and management of RFI's/Defects.
IDEAL
- 5 to 10 years post-graduate experience (registration not required).
- Recent experience leading/delivering projects in the Australian market.
- High level Revit skills are essential - no other software packages will be considered.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with Clients/Stakeholders/Sub-consultants.
