NSW Department of Education has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to join School Infrastructure NSW as a Senior Asset Services Officer.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Asset Services Officer who will be responsible for:
· Quality project management of specific building and maintenance projects for North Coast schools and ensuring their successful delivery.
· Liaising and negotiating with School Principals to finalise project briefs whilst maintaining effective relationships.
· Management of consultants and building contractors within contractual frameworks.
· Delivering projects within time, cost and quality restraints.
· Act as a single point of contact providing advice on dealing with service delivery issues to ensure facilities .and infrastructure remain operational.
· Providing briefings and advice to ensure accurate reporting and submission of information.
· Travel within the North Coast Asset Management area.

Essential requirements of the role
