School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
The Senior Asset Services Officer provides a full range of Asset Services to a group of schools within the assigned regional area, including the delivery of capital works projects and all aspects of facilities management, to support timely and effective project delivery.

About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong leadership skills to act as a single point of contact for service delivery issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with a diverse stakeholders to develop project briefs and funding proposals.
- Capacity to make informed decisions within the framework of policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the assigned Asset Management region.
- Demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, the value of public education

On a project that you are delivering, you have completed a site inspection and the contractor has multiple compliance and safety issues that require addressing to make the site safe to the public and also to the contractors and occupants on the site. Describe a time when you identified a contract or procurement risk and the actions you took to mitigate the risk this posed for the organisation ?(300 words maximum)
