We are seeking an experienced corporate or commercial solicitor with at least 4 - 5 years’ PAE to join our Private Enterprise team. The Role Our Private Enterprise team works with entrepreneurs, family businesses and privately-owned businesses of all sizes to help them to protect and enhance their commercial strength. In this role you will work with the Partners on a broad range of matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions Business sales Private capital raising Structuring and restructuring Commercial agreement drafting and negotiation Business succession Shareholder’s agreements Family-owned business matters, including family business governance, estate planning, succession planning, structuring, intergenerational transfers and family trusts and constitutions Additionally, our Private Enterprise team works collaboratively with all practice groups within HopgoodGanim, nationally.
