About The Role
As a Senior Audit Manager - Model Risk, you will be responsible for reviewing models across varying risk classes (credit , market, funding & liquidity) to help management of risk. You will be tasked with undertaking independent reviews of modelling, analytics and risk management related to the various risk classes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct independent reviews of credit, capital, market, and funding & liquidity risk modelling.
Identify and document deficiencies in risk management practices, develop remediation plans, and monitor implementation.
Prepare detailed workpapers and reports, focusing on the effectiveness of risk management practices.
Desired Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of frameworks, systems, and quantitative models for credit risk and other financial risk classes.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory obligations.
Proficiency in developing and validating quantitative models.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
Advanced use of SAS, R, or Python (desirable).
