ABOUT THE ROLE
As a senior Spare Parts Interpreter you will be working as the lead in the Parts Department, reporting to the Aftersales Manager. 2IC to the Spare Parts Manager. The position is retail focused, supporting the service workshop, working with Service to achieve assisting in reaching sales targets, providing excellent customer service, relationship building, product knowledge, warehousing, trade sales and effective administration.
KEY REQUIRMENTS
- Knowledge of ETKA is essential
- Assisting workshop back-counter for all requirements
- Over the counter retail sales.
- Unpacking stock orders and collating parts as they arrive
- General administration duties
- Supply and invoicing of parts to customers
- Prepare and assist in annual stock take
- Packing orders for dispatch
- 3+ Years experience as a Dealership Spare Parts Interpreter with Volkswagen or Audi is essential
- Able to work as the Senior Parts team member and mentor others.
- A current Drivers Licence
- High levels of self-motivation, drive and resilience
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external customers/stakeholders
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
