Senior Technical Business Analyst

What You'll Do:Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Senior Technical BA to join our client solutions/product team on a full-time basis. You will be liaising with global teams, internal and external clients and users to elicit and document business requirements for onboarding and integration. defects, enhancements, and features.The role responsibilities includeCustomer facing role.Actively communicate and respond to client needs and requirements in line with agile planning methodologies.Client onboardingClient solutions managementClient integrations scopingWork with regional Sales, Product and Development Leads to gather requirements and implement technical documentation to support the Product & R&D teams.Development of statement of work.Previous experience in software development is desirableExperience with reading and interpreting API documentationDigital practices/ideas to bring to the table and not be afraid of challenging the status quoActively participate in the discussions on deliverables, estimates and commitments and develop using latest technologies while following Agile methodologies (SAFe and SCRUM)Write and/or review functional and technical requirements specifications for the implementationWho You Are:Experience in gathering, defining requirements and the creation of all related documentation (user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria using BDD format)Extensive experience in solution analysis and validationExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to support and manage client requirements up.Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with business systems and functionality to support online website, mobile applications and retail store tools to provide value to our customers.Anticipates, identifies and defines problems, seeks root causes and develops practical and timely solutionsPrior developer experience is desiredAbility to read and understand API documentation is desired.Desired technologies knowledgeUnit testing toolsAgile project management methods and tools (SAFE, SCRUM, JIRA, Confluence)We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
