Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Bookkeeper to join our vibrant team. In this position, you'll engage with a diverse client base, managing all facets of their bookkeeping and ATO compliance, while offering invaluable support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to manage bookkeeping tasks, including BAS, AP, AR, STP, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, and management reports.
- Collaborate with management and fellow bookkeepers for seamless operations.
- Assist clients in adopting business systems and app solutions.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships, offering continuous support and conducting meetings.
- Oversee and mentor junior bookkeepers, providing training and guidance.
- Offer training and assistance to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper in a multi-client capacity or possess a Bachelor of Accounting.
- Cert IV in Financial Services.
- Xero Experience/certification.
- Proficiency in Payroll.
- Tech-savvy with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities to effectively manage multiple clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work both at our office and onsite with clients.
