Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant

Our client is a successful and growing family owned furniture business. They started in WA and now operate in NSW and Victoria as well.

They have a need for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to correctly process the transactions, reconcile the accounts and to assist and support the Finance Manager.

The main duties are as follows:

• Monitor accounts inbox.
• Data entry
• Match invoices to purchase orders in Cin7 and code and enter invoices into Xero.
• Process employee expense and wellness claims.
• Daily bank reconciliation
• Monthly and fortnightly payroll/ payroll tax/superannuation EOM Journal & Reconciliation.
• Monthly credit card reconciliations and management of receipt software, Dext.
• Other ad hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager and Managing Director
• Assist with any administrative tasks as required by the Finance Manager.
• Collaborate with Accounts Officer to:                                                  

         - Maintain Registers 

         - Office stationary and kitchen amenity orders
