Senior Business Analyst

Hairhouse has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our IT team based in our Support Centre in Doncaster. The role of the Senior Business Analyst will establish business requirements and projects to develop, test, implement and maintain core business systems.
The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop, customise, administer and manage NetSuite information system and provide architectural and technical inputs to related projects
• Collaborate with ICT team and business users to manage multiple technology platforms implementation and provide training and support
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements to develop and customise reports tailored to specific business needs using Netsuite’s reporting tools and Phocas BI platform that provide actionable insights
• Monitor and audit end-user usage and system performance
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Development, functional testing and rollout of customisations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases and systems integration requirements
• Analyse, design and implement process improvement changes across different departments
• Deliver ICT NetSuite projects in line with ICT Strategy
• Day to day management and support of Junior Business Analyst and Product Data Specialist

To be successful in this role, the candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years related experience or equivalent combination
• NetSuite certification and NetSuite implementation and operational support experience or similar Enterprise platform
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, demonstrating the ability to motivate, develop, and achieve results collaboratively.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills
