ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in refining the scope and requirements of the CMDB Remediation (ServiceNow) and Vulnerability Managementprojects. You will lead various people and change processes across the security program, including guiding and coaching teams, and building CMDB remediation from scratch in collaboration with specialist consultants.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Provide guidance and coaching to teams on program requirements and implementation strategies.
- Collaborate with specialist consultants to build CMDB (ServiceNow) remediation from scratch.
- Document the current environment status and conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and discussions with technical SMEs and business owners.
- Develop user stories and functional requirements to align with program objectives.
- Assess business and technology requirements in accordance with security protocols and compliance standards.
- Drive the documentation of relevant processes and ensure alignment with security protocols and compliance acts.
MORE ABOUT YOU
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with specific project involvement in CMDB and Vulnerability Management.
Ability to work effectively with technical SMEs and business owners to gather requirements and drive project objectives.
Hands-on experience with CMDB and Vulnerability Management would be a significant asset.
