Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Finance Manager your daily responsibilities will include:

• Lead complex data analysis projects to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within our global logistics operations;
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop business cases for strategic initiatives;
• Conduct thorough analysis of operational data, including KPIs, financial metrics, and market trends, to provide actionable insights and recommendations;
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to track performance and monitor key metrics; and
• Mentor and coach junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices, analytical techniques, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field;
• CA or CPA Qualified;
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with proven experience with managing experience preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry;
• Proven track record of leading complex analysis projects and driving business impact through data-driven insights; and
• Previous experience at a Big 4 consulting firm ideally a second mover.
