Art Processors are leading experience designers, partnering with the cultural and tourism organizations to attract and engage large audiences. We combine the most inventive creative and technical skills to design compelling exhibitions, attractions, places and products.
Art Processors employs close to 100 people across the United States and Australia. Our clients include leading museums and visitor attractions in the US and Asia Pacific region, which collectively attract around 20 million visitors annually.

A little about the role…
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our diverse and multidisciplinary product teams to help shape and deliver products our customers love. Reporting to our Delivery Lead, you’ll be responsible for working across three key streams as we continue to work towards the go to market launch of our platform that will empower a wide range of clients to consistently deliver world-class visitor experiences. You will work alongside our product development teams to define and deliver elegant, well-tested and scalable solutions that maximise commercial and customer value in line with product roadmap and the broader product strategy.
We have an office in Melbourne (Collingwood), where the majority of our Australian employees are located, but we are open to the role being based remotely from anywhere in Australia.
You could be the one if you...
Are a Senior Business Analyst with experience delivering tech products using Agile methodologies (experience working with scrum and kanban, and lean process desirable)
Have the ability to handle the complex development of products with multiple technologies and integrations with dynamic requirements, ideally gained with experience in scaleup product companies
Enjoy facilitating workshops with stakeholders and the team to generate business solutions
Have experience translating business and customer needs into clearly articulated features, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Have a strong systems aptitude with experience articulating complex technological concepts to diverse teams and stakeholders
Know how to ensure requirements are understood by all team members from the product discovery phase through to kick-offs, build and release
Have strong experience facilitating team ceremonies such as standups, refinement, sprint planning and retrospectives
Enjoy taking on additional delivery oriented responsibilities in areas such as delivery sequencing and release planning
Have a flexible and pattern-agnostic mindset
Are a curious person committed to continuous improvement, who is able to think innovatively and problem-solve

Base Salary Range: AUD 130 - 150K
