About the position
The Digital Transformation branch in the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is currently implementing a suite of digital ICT projects, including the rollout and adoption of Teams, SharePoint, and other software.
PIMS Evolution & Support project stream will be undertaking a three year program to transition the Parliamentary Information Management System (PIMS), bespoke application managing core parliamentary business to a cloud based solution. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analysing and documenting business processes, systems and other functional requirements to support efficient delivery of business operations and performance in line with organisational strategies, operational plans and project programs.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, first hand transition project experience working with key subject matter experts, project teams, IT support and vendors to deliver digital projects and expertise and experience translating business requirements to meet the needs of key stakeholders and core business systems.
