Your Team
We are a large group of Technical & Business Analysts that support large scale project delivery for Bankwest. As part of the Business Analysis Chapter, you will be embedded within squads across business areas, developing integrated solutions across internal and external platforms. You will enjoy a dynamic and flexible working environment with great colleagues and an organisation with strong values.

Responsibilities include
Assess and document the current state of business functions of source system data.
Perform Data Mapping by referring multiple system databases
The ability to synthesise business and technical requirements/concepts and present them in simple terms
Identify relevant stakeholders, select appropriate techniques and processes to derive and manage requirements, including workshops to capture and constructively challenge requirements
Analyse, create, maintain, and communicate requirement artefacts including but not limited to Epics, User Stories, confluence pages, data business rules, process, system interaction, and information flow
Identify any risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
Support and guide Product Owners through the end-to-end discovery and delivery process
Develop strong working relationships across multiple business units, system owners and across domains where work interact
We are interested in hearing from people who
Are professional Business Analysts with significant and proven experience in delivering and leading large scale projects involving Data Management
Have a blend of experience across: leading discovery, process mapping, system decommissioning, system migration, data reporting, and data mapping
Have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
The ability to synthesise business and technical requirements/concepts and present them in simple terms
Experience with both traditional and Agile delivery practices including backlog creation and refinement, and associated requirements gathering, discovery and analysis
A risk mindset to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks
