You will be working for a large Financial Services organisation undergoing a high-profile business transition program.
Your new role
You will be supporting a new project where you’ll be responsible for gathering and customising legal documentation as part of the business’ need to comply with new and existing regulations. Part of your role will involve reviewing documents and product disclosure statements, looking at common points and clauses, finding variations and assessing the impacts these variations will have to the different business units. You will also be responsible for extracting information and flagging any clauses that are not relevant to the appropriate stakeholders.What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Financial Services and Insurance companies
- Experience in General Insurance projects is highly desirable
- Knowledge of PDS construction or legal documentation is preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, as you will need to present and conduct workshops
- You will be a self-starter, autonomous and proactive
