The Firm:This boutique law firm has developed an outstanding reputation in the Brisbane market and consistently works on high quality, mostly superior court matters.
About the role:
Working closely with the Managing Partner, your day will see you:
- managing your own fileload of Magistrate Court & Federal Circuit Court matters;
- assisting the Partner on more complex superior court proceedings (e.g. District/Supreme Court & Federal Court Proceedings);
- working across a variety of matters including bankruptcy, insolvency, construction, torts and commercial disputes for a mix of SME and high net worth clients.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 2-10 years PAE in commercial litigation;
- good experience managing your own smaller fileload;
- a high level of attention to detail; and
- the confidence to work closely with your clients.
