The Opportunity:
As a Senior Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support across the Operations department. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Managing office correspondence and communication channels.
• Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintaining organised records and databases.
• Coordinating office logistics and supplies.
• Providing support with event planning and coordination.
• Booking, preparation and setup of rooms for meetings and workshops
• Collaborating with visitors, clients, contractors and team members to ensure smooth and professional operations.

Your Skills & Experience:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative or support role essential.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Flexibility, adaptability and a growth mindset which supports a commitment to continuous improvement for the supports and services delivered.
