Senior Campaign Analyst
Location: North Ryde
As a Senior Campaign Analyst within our Foxtel Premium business, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting direct campaign activity for a wide range of internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, customer service, research teams and technology working within an agile way of working.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Analytics, you will play an integral role in the preparation and delivery for campaigns. You will be responsible for providing analytics to support planning/sizing, clarify on data attributes and plan the delivery of alternative approaches for the campaign planning as needed in order to meet the business requirements.
As Senior Campaign Analyst, you will be accountable to derive and deliver data driven recommendations for campaign targeting strategy, proving the benefit of using data and analytics assets for making better business decision.
To be successful you will require a blend of technical, business and communication skills; in particular an understanding of targeted direct campaign processes, campaign management systems and relational databases, as well as strong customer service orientation.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct detailed assessment of all campaign data briefs - Audience orchestration, channel implementation and delivery. Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements and technical requirements.
Work on the development of data and data processes to support campaigns that drive growth opportunities and customer engagement.
Lead initiative to understand existing challenges and business problems, suggest ways to improve targeting through accurate and timely reporting and the use of previous campaign findings to fine tune/improve marketing effectiveness.
Preform analytics to identify opportunities to optimise, simplify and automate campaigns. Includes Pre of new campaign opportunities and Post campaign analytic
Track performance of campaigns, including customer response and key commercial metrics.
Develop business and technical requirements for New data attributes, system capability or channels. Take ownership of new requests, lead end-to-end working collaboratively with IT and Marketing teams.
Document campaigns, including segmentation, audience targeting, a/b testing and customer journey.
Your experience and capability
- Previous hands-on experience in the Customer Campaign Execution ideally within subscription, media, telecommunications environment
Strong SQL skills, good understanding of relational database
Analytically driven person with demonstrated record of using insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes
Understands data driven marketing, marketing analytics and lead management
Innovative character keen to think out of the box in a pragmatic and systematic approach
A strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with different stakeholders
Has the ability to manage conflicting priorities in an agile environment; able to deal with rapid change and quick pace with resilience and fortitude
