As the Senior Capability Officer you are responsible for coordinating, managing and delivering a range of strategic business improvement activities in the organisational development environment.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, researching, analysing and developing capability development strategies and leadership programs.
- Assist in providing an internal consulting service, including the provision of advice and guidance regarding change management strategies, communication and
training.
- Develop and maintain appropriate project planning, monitoring and reporting systems to effectively project manage and report on capability development projects such as diversity, inclusion and wellbeing practices.
- Develop and implement a range of online-based capability development programs such as induction and other mandatory programs.
- Establish and manage relevant internal events, communication artefacts and other resources (e.g. an online staff communique, intranet pages and other capability development resources) to support staff and organisational development.
