We are seeking a manager who has the proven ability to bring about positive change ensuring the facility is being managed in harmony with organisational values and policies. Due to the changes within its management team, the successful person needs to be adaptable and influential, to be successful in the role. Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care standards, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets.
- Proven ability at developing teams and maintaining a great team culture.
- Ensure that all staff adhere to the values, objectives, policies, and procedures of organisation.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement in all aspects of care, service delivery, education, and staff development.
- Collaborates with all stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience for all internal and external parties.
- 3+ years in a similar role.
- AHPRA registered.
- Have a genuine care for your residents and their well-being.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- Proactive with an ability to lead, manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to lead a team through new Aged Care Quality standards.
- Strong business acumen with proven ability at meeting organisational KPIs.
- Positive leader with effective communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
