Job Description:?• Part Time, Fixed Term until June 30th 2025 (32 hours per week) • Excellent benefits including salary packaging• Challenging and rewarding work environment• Senior leadership opportunity• Friendly and dynamic teamAbout the RoleThis role has dual responsibilities including to: • provide clinical leadership for the SVHM Check-In staff based at Frontyard Youth Service ensuring delivery of an efficient, effective and clinically therapeutic service. The Senior Care Coordinator will manage day to day clinical operations of the Check-In staff, rostering, monitor and support team activity achievement, support recruitment activities, staff orientation and staff performance development, provide clinical and professional advice and supervision to the team, lead case conference and other team specific meetings, and ensure the staff operates within accepted best practice guidelines. • This role will also manage a small caseload of clients within the Check-In program and provide brief opportunistic support to users of the drop in service.This position will receive clinical/professional support from through the ALERT leadership team.
