Senior Case Manager, Workers Compensation - Parramatta, NSW

• Brand new office location close to public transport in Station Street, Parramatta
• Be supported to continuously grow your career in an organisation that provides ongoing training and development.
• Work flexibly, 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, 9-day fortnight available after probation has been passed

Seeking a Senior Case Manager to join our team where you can continue to grow and develop your career in the industry within a supportive, dynamic and brand-new team. If you are already working within a Workers Compensation setting looking for a new challenge this role could be for you!

How you'll make an impact

What you'll be doing:

• Advising and providing case management support across a range of rehabilitation cases at various stages of their return to work journey;
• Engaging with insured employers, injured employees, rehabilitation professionals, medical practitioners and legal providers in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties;
• Supporting the physical and psychological needs of our injured workers through the provision of services within our additional mental health, technical and rehabilitation support hubs;
• Contributing to excellent return to work outcomes and lead the end-to-end claims management life cycle;
• Collaborating with our additional Mental Health, Recovery and RTW, and Technical support hubs.
• Supporting and coaching less experienced team members where required.

About you

About you:

• You'll have Workers Compensation experience gained from within an insurer setting.
• Familiarity with the NSW Workers Compensation legislation.
• You will understand the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience and be comfortable dealing with a variety of customers and stakeholders.
• The ability to demonstrate resilience and navigate through challenging situations.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• A customer focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation;
• A strong sense of self, team and collaboration;
• A passion, interest or experience in the health industry would be highly regarded, but not mandatory
• A desire to learn, grow and develop your skills to progress your career through our training programmes and on the job learning.
