The position will also support the management team in the region by acting as coach and mentor to team members undertaking probation and parole case management.
The position has a key role in implementing the Government's Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Strategy and progressing the recommendations in the Not Now, Not Ever report of the Special Taskforce on Domestic and Family Violence. The role is responsible for representing Queensland Corrective Services on the Moreton Bay High Risk Team.
The position works collaboratively with government and non-government organisations within the region to coordinate rapid, outcome focussed and multi-agency responses to high risk clients.

Qualifications, professional registration, conditions and other requirements:
* While there are no mandatory qualifications for the role, demonstrated skills and experience in a case management role and knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the Probation and Parole Case Management Framework is highly desirable.
* The incumbent may be required to work outside of normal work hours and to travel throughout the region. Public transport is not available therefore possession of a valid C class licence is required.
