Offer procurement expertise, streamlined and competent purchasing and administrative support to aid stakeholders in planning, developing, sourcing, and overseeing medium to low spend and risk necessities. Additionally, contribute insights into category knowledge and strategic planning efforts.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieve efficient procurement results for activities with medium to low risk and expenditure.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management protocols.
- Confirm compliance with framework contracts and work package requirements.
- Handle contract adjustments, including price reviews, payment requests, and modifications efficiently.
- Offer competent reporting, data analytics, and administrative services.
- Generate and provide access to necessary procurement process documents and information.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and databases, ensuring timely management of purchase orders, contracts, amendments, invoice discrepancies, updates, disclosures, salvage, and inquiries.
- Analyze various reports to identify and address procurement and contractual issues, including cost analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Seek and apply enhancements to procurement procedures and systems, aligning with legal, policy, and procedural standards.
- Oversee the tendering process by organizing services and preparing tender and contract documents.
