Your Role
As Senior Change Manager, you'll be responsible for effectively executing the end-to-end change management for complex Risk & Regulatory projects spanning IAG.
This role will also see you make a difference by contributing to change management capability uplift and awareness across IAG.
This role sits within a collaborative and supportive team consisting of change professionals that deliver change across an exciting portfolio strategic projects and programs.
This is a full time, permanent role that is open to people based in Sydney or Melbourne.
We offer flexible working conditions that support a mix of working from home and being in the office 2-3 days a week.
About You
- Experience in driving change for large and diverse audiences in a complex environment.
- Extensive change management experience at a senior level, specifically within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Demonstrated capability to drive and enable end to end complex change.
- Demonstrated capability across stakeholder management and engagement at all levels.
- Proven experience in the planning and development of effective change communications and learning.
