What this opportunity involves:

As a result of new business wins, we are now seeking a Senior Workplace Change & Communications Manager to join a leading Workplace Strategy and Change Management practice.

At JLL, our Workplace Change and Communications team is dedicated to empowering people to be their best self at work, through quality strategy, engagement and communication programs. We provide comprehensive services that cater to our clients' workplace requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of change. From defining workplace strategies through to enabling and embedding change, our focus is on fostering an exceptional employee experience.

Your key role will be to lead and deliver workplace experience and change management projects for clients. You will be an expert in communications and have proven experience in producing high quality change engagement materials and delivering superior client service as a subject matter expert in workplace experience, change and communications management.

An overview of the role:

  • Lead and deliver assigned workplace change management programs relating to the behavioural change associated with new workplaces, new or hybrid ways of working and relocation programs.
  • Be highly skilled and have proven experience in preparing and facilitating user experience workshops for senior executives and employees to excite, engage, enable and evaluate throughout the stages of the change.
  • Be highly competent in leading executive interviews, designing staff sentiment surveys and analysing data / insights from engagement activities.
  • Generate actionable insights for clients finding the story in the numbers. Further, produce visual display of quantitative and qualitative information to communicate key insights.
  • Possess outstanding skills in designing high quality presentation materials. This includes the ability to design a page, both graphically and with curated language for our client.
  • Be innovative in all aspects of motivating change engagement and leading change for our clients.
  • Develop highly engaging, concise reports and staff engagement collateral, demonstrating a skill for document design.
  • Provide support and SME input to strategic space planning for portfolio strategies and major projects.
  • Demonstrate leadership and actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success
  • Flexible working arrangements, spend time embedded with clients, working at JLL corporate office and from home

  • Demonstrated workplace change management experience in a professional environment
  • Theoretical understanding and education in change management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement experience (consulting experience desirable)
  • Sound understanding of various workplace models (eg: Agile, ABW, flexible working, hotdesking)
  • Capable of managing budgets and delivering timely projects
  • Client centric focus and delivery/presentation skills
  • You will be asked to produce examples of change collateral, including preparing email/powerpoint materials as part of the interview process
